Culture A Day Spa would like to reward our clientele by making everyone a VIP! We want to thank you for being a loyal customer and give you points for services, product purchases, referrals and more. For every 50,000 points earned you will automatically receive a $50 credit to your account which you can use on any service or product purchase.

Here is how you earn points:

Referring a new client to Culture A Day Spa | 50, 000 points
Spending $250 + on retail purchases in a single visit | 10, 000 points
Spending $250 + on services in a single visit | 10, 000 points
Pre-booking your next service at check out^* | 5, 000 points

Redeeming VIP points:

Once you have accumulated 50,000 points a $50 credit is automatically added to your account and can be utilized at checkout upon request. Only one $50 credit may be available per transaction. Points may be redeemed for treatments and products purchase in the spa.

Terms and Conditions:

VIP points are non-transferable and cannot be used for gift cards, cash, or other forms of credit. Points are earned after a guest pays for a treatment or product at check out. Points will be available to redeem the next business day. Any refunds issued will result in the corresponding points being deducted. Earned points be subject to forfeiture for cancelling services outside of stated cancelation policy. Points are not earned on gratuity, tax, or donated services/products special sales or discounts. VIP credit will expire one year from time of issuance. We reserve the right to terminate or modify the VIP rewards at any time.
