JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Licensed Esthetician to join the Culture A Day Spa team in Frisco, Texas. This role is ideal for a service professional who takes pride in exceptional technique, thoughtful consultation, product knowledge, and the ability to create a memorable luxury skincare experience from beginning to end.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Esthetician license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of three years of industry experience preferred.
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Strong facial, waxing, and skin analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate guests with confidence and care.
• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Desire to learn advanced techniques, follow Culture protocols, and uphold spa standards.
• Polished, clean, and well-groomed professional appearance in alignment with spa guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze, consult, and recommend the appropriate facial, waxing, or body treatment based on each guest’s needs.
• Perform services according to Culture’s detailed protocols, timing standards, and luxury guest experience expectations.
• Educate guests on recommended home-care products and personalized skincare routines.
• Maintain a clean, prepared, and polished treatment room in accordance with spa standards.
• Build and maintain a consistent clientele through trust, professionalism, and elevated care.
• Support the overall Culture experience by communicating clearly, working collaboratively, and honoring the guest journey from start to finish.
