Culture A Day Spa strives to maintain a tranquil environment and respect guest’s privacy. Our spa ensures serenity from the moment you enter, to long after your treatments conclude. For guests enjoying the amenities: a private locker, spa robe, wrap and slippers will be provided. Spa robes are required to be worn in the spa and wraps are provide for the saunas only.
Cell phones, recording devices, and any other electronic devices are not permitted in our amenities, or in our treatment rooms. As a courtesy to our guests, please silence, or turn off, all electronic devices before checking in.
Please arrive at least 1 hour prior to your appointment time to fill out paperwork and enjoy our exclusive spa facilities. Spa amenities are included with any spa package, facial, massage and hybrid treatment. All other guests may add on a 4 hour spa pass to enjoy the amenities. The amenities include access to locker rooms, Dual Relaxation Lounges featuring a White Himalayan Salt Wall, Infrared and Traditional Sauna and an exclusive Igloo room featuring snow. Aromatic teas and infused waters are complimentary. Please note that late arrivals may result in reduced treatment times.

Relaxation Lounge
Our relaxation lounge ensures serenity from the moment you enter to long after your treatments conclude. Experience a calming ambiance, luxurious seating and refreshing beverages. Cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted in our relaxation lounge or in our treatment rooms. As a curtesy to our guests, please silent or turn off all electrical devices before checking in.
Health Conditions
Prior to your selecting your treatment, please inform us of any health conditions you may have such as allergies, pregnancy or injuries.
Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required when booking any service at Culture A Day Spa. To avoid any fees please cancel your treatment no later than 24 hours before your service. Spa packages, groups or weekend reservations require a 48 hour notice of cancelation. Same day cancelations may be charged 30% of service costs and no show appointments will be charged 60% of service amount and subject to a $50 deposit when rebooking future .Please note that late arrivals may result in reduced treatment times. Holiday Cancellation Policy: During the months of December through May, a 48 hour cancellation notice may be required for single reservations and a 72 hour notice of cancellation for groups and packages.

Prices and Payments
To maintain high standards of service and quality, prices may change without prior notification. All major credit cards are accepted as well as gift cards and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
Gift cards
Gift cards are available for all products and services. Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption. All gift card sales are final.

Return Policy
Unopened items, in original packaging, may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Sales receipt is required at time of return. No cash refunds. All cash purchases will be provided an in-store credit. All makeup purchases are final. Skincare and body products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Personal Belongings
Culture A Day Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. Lockers are provided for your personal belongings. We recommend leaving jewelry or any valuable belongings at home.
