Wondering what to expect? Your Culture experience begins the moment you arrive. At Culture A Day Spa, every detail is designed to preserve tranquility, privacy, and an elevated sense of care. From check-in through the final moments of your visit, we ask each guest to help maintain the serene atmosphere that defines the Culture experience.

Arrival and Check-In

Please arrive at least one hour before your appointment time to complete any required paperwork and enjoy our exclusive spa amenities at an unhurried pace. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time so we may remain respectful of the appointments that follow.

Amenities Access

Spa amenities are included with every spa package, facial, massage, and hybrid treatment. Guests without a scheduled spa service may reserve a four-hour amenities pass to enjoy Culture’s shared wellness spaces.

Amenities include beautifully appointed locker rooms, dual relaxation lounges featuring a White Himalayan Salt Wall, infrared and traditional saunas, and our exclusive Igloo Room® featuring real snow. Aromatic teas and infused waters are offered complimentary to enhance your time in relaxation.

Robes, Wraps, and Locker Rooms

For guests enjoying the amenities, a private locker, spa robe, wrap, and slippers will be provided. Spa robes are required throughout the spa and shared amenities areas. Spa wraps are provided for sauna use only and may be worn with your robe as needed for comfort and modesty.

Technology and Privacy

To protect guest privacy and preserve the quiet luxury of the spa, cell phones, recording devices, cameras, smart glasses, tablets, laptops, and all other electronic devices are not permitted in the amenities areas or treatment rooms. As a courtesy to all guests, please silence or turn off electronic devices before checking in.

We kindly ask that guests keep voices low, move gently through shared spaces, and honor the restorative environment created for every guest. Your mindfulness allows each Culture visit to feel peaceful, private, and deeply indulgent.

  • Relaxation Lounge

    Our relaxation lounge ensures serenity from the moment you enter to long after your treatments conclude. Experience a calming ambiance, luxurious seating and refreshing beverages. Cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted in our relaxation lounge or in our treatment rooms. As a curtesy to our guests, please silent or turn off all electrical devices before checking in.

  • Health Conditions

    Prior to your selecting your treatment, please inform us of any health conditions you may have such as allergies, pregnancy or injuries.

  • Cancellation Policy

    A valid credit card is required when booking any service at Culture A Day Spa. To avoid any fees please cancel your treatment no later than 24 hours before your service. Spa packages, groups or weekend reservations require a 48 hour notice of cancelation. Same day cancelations may be charged 30% of service costs and no show appointments will be charged 60% of service amount and subject to a $50 deposit when rebooking future .Please note that late arrivals may result in reduced treatment times. Holiday Cancellation Policy: During the months of December through May, a 48 hour cancellation notice may be required for single reservations and a 72 hour notice of cancellation for groups and packages.

  • Environment

    Culture A Day Spa strives to maintain a tranquil environment and respect guest’s privacy. Please turn off any electronic devices prior to check in. Cell phones and other electrical devices are not allowed in the relaxation lounge and treatment rooms.

  • Prices and Payments

    To maintain high standards of service and quality, prices may change without prior notification. All major credit cards are accepted as well as gift cards and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.

  • Gift cards

    Gift cards are available for all products and services. Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption. All gift card sales are final.

  • Special Events

    Culture A Day Spa invites you to host your next event offering first class treatments and luxurious exclusivity. For more details please contact our spa directly.

  • Return Policy

    Unopened items, in original packaging, may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Sales receipt is required at time of return. No cash refunds. All cash purchases will be provided an in-store credit. All makeup purchases are final. Skincare and body products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Personal Belongings

    Culture A Day Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. Lockers are provided for your personal belongings. We recommend leaving jewelry or any valuable belongings at home.
