JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled, service-minded Licensed Massage Therapist to join the Culture A Day Spa team in Frisco, Texas. This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in thoughtful consultation, customized bodywork, technical excellence, and the ability to create a deeply restorative luxury massage experience from beginning to end.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Massage Therapy license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of three years of industry experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledgeable in sports therapy, deep tissue, prenatal massage, and customized therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to consult, educate, and care for guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Desire to learn advanced techniques, follow Culture protocols, and uphold spa standards.
• Polished, clean, and well-groomed professional appearance in alignment with spa guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze, consult, and recommend the appropriate massage or body treatment based on each guest’s needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
• Perform services according to Culture’s detailed protocols, timing standards, and luxury guest experience expectations.
• Educate guests on recommended home-care products, enhancements, and wellness practices that support their treatment goals.
• Maintain a clean, prepared, and polished treatment room in accordance with spa standards.
• Build and maintain a consistent clientele through trust, professionalism, exceptional technique, and elevated care.
• Support the overall Culture experience by communicating clearly, working collaboratively, and honoring the guest journey from start to finish.
