JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join the team at Culture A Day
Spa in Frisco, TX. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a
significant impact with a fast-growing company.

RESPONSIBILITES

Job responsibilities are but not limited to the following:

Scheduling / Policies

– Help implement and follow all policies and procedures
– Open and/or close Spa at appropriate times and follow appropriate
guidelines

Communication

– Provide excellent phone skills
– Ability to anticipate, handle and overcome client objections
– Inform therapists of appointment changes and cancelations
– Check work email and phone messages in a timely manner

Spa Services/Operation

– Knowledge of all services, prices, retail products, special promotions, and
therapists’ skill sets
– Has an understanding of inventory needs, including pricing, stocking, and
requesting/placing orders
– Help track inventory weekly for retail and back of house
– Ensures booking/scheduling is efficient with a focus on maximizing
appointments
– Must be able to explain all retail products and make recommendations to
clients
– Occasionally recruit and conduct pre-screening and secondary interviews
– Ability to receive payments, keep record, answer the phone, book/confirm
appointments, check clients in and out
– Partake in regular meetings with Spa Manager and/or Ownership
– Ensure spa is clean and all equipment is functional
– Strong organizational and time management skills to run front desk,
maintain locker rooms, relaxation lounge and keep laundry clean and put
away
– Gather client feedback on level of services delivered which allows spa to
improve performance

QUALIFICATIONS

– Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, weekdays, holidays and 8-10 hour
shifts
– 2+ years of management experience preferably in Day Spa or Hospitality
– Associates degree or greater strongly preferred
